Please avoid touching your brows following your treatment and keep them dry for 24 hours. Please avoid excessive heat, sun beds, hot tubs and saunas for 48 hours after your treatment. Please avoid applying makeup to the treated area for 24 hours. Ensure you use an oil or serum daily on your brows to keep them looking their best and stop them drying out. Tint can be reapplied after 3 weeks and lamination redone after 8 weeks.
Please ensure you use your cuticle oil twice daily to ensure longevity of your manicure and keep your nails strong and healthy. Please use gloves when performing household cleaning or gardening and be advised any chemicals in household cleaning products may result in damage to your manicure and cause lifting. Remember your nails are your jewels, not tools! Treat your nails with care and avoid any picking of your gel polish as this will cause damage to your natural nails. Please be aware some self care products such as lotions can cause your gel to discolour so it is advisable to be extra careful when applying and use gloves. I recommend your treatment is carried out every 2-3 weeks to ensure your nails remain in optimum condition.

Please attend your appointment, any late arrivals may result in your treatment being unable to be carried out but you being charged. Please arrive on time and give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Any cancellation within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the treatment charge and within 24 hours will be charged at full treatment cost if your appointment slot is not able to be filled. Please understand that I am a small business and although I will use my discretion in these uncertain times if sufficient notice isn’t given I may not be able to fill the slot. Any repairs to your nails will be carried out free of charge if damaged within the first 48 hours and all aftercare advice has been followed. After this period there will be a small cost per each nail that needs repairing. Please advise me of any changes to your medical history so I can ensure I can keep your records up to date and ensure your treatment is safe to carry out.
You will be required to wash your hands on entering before your treatment begins. It will be compulsory to wear a mask for the duration of your treatment. I will also be wearing PPE. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time before entering. If you wish to pay cash please bring correct money. Card payments are preferred. Please bring minimal personal belongings to your appointment and avoid using your phone except in an emergency. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been in touch with anyone who has please let me know ASAP so we can rearrange your appointment. Please come to your appointment alone. Please note I will unfortunately be unable to provide refreshments at this time.
